Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Crestline Detailing LLC. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Site.

1. Use of our Website

Our website is provided to help you learn about our services, request quotes, and book appointments. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, overload, or interfere with its operation or anyone else’s use of it.

2. Services

Crestline Detailing LLC provides professional vehicle auto detailing and related services. All work is performed with care using high-quality products and techniques.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or text.
We may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit.

4. Pricing & Payment

Quoted prices are estimates. Final pricing is determined upon vehicle inspection and is based on size, condition, and selected services.
Payment is due in full at the completion of service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

5. Information Collection and Use

By providing personal information through forms on our Site, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of this information for the purpose of processing your requests. We may use your information to send you messages and texts related to our services, promotions, and updates. Your data will be stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and by using the Site, you agree to receive these communications.

6. Text & Email Communications / Opt - Out

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, quotes, and occasional promotional messages via text and/or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to texts or clicking “unsubscribe” in emails.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals over 30 minutes may be rescheduled.
Remove or secure all personal items. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Disclose any pre-existing damage, leaks, odors, pet hair, or biohazards before service begins.

8. Photos & Marketing

We often take before-and-after photos to showcase our work. License plates and personal items will be blurred. If you prefer we do not photograph your vehicle, just let us know.

9. Liability

While we take every precaution, detailing involves minor risks (especially on older or heavily worn paint, trim, or interiors). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crestline Detailing will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Site, including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Crestline Detailing is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or conditions
Mechanical or electrical issues
Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service performed.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with any part of our work, tell us right away — we’ll make it right at no extra charge when possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, photos, logos, etc.) is owned by Crestline Detailing or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”

13. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
